I have used Central Tyres for years, but never again. I made an appointment for my puncture to be repaired or have the tyre replaced. They had no record of my booking but did my tyre which they repaired. Got up this morning to travel to Birmingham to see a client and tyre was flat again. Called CT to let them know and he said that when a tyre fitter comes in, he would call me. Still no call by 14.30. I have had to let my client down. Took it to another tyre garage and after them checking the tyre, it is the puncture that CT repaired yesterday that is the problem. I will be taking the tyre back for my refund of £25!

Quick to fit me in, fitted 2 new tyres (which dont look very tidy) and I came away with a broken tpms valve. They had no idea what the problem was, so we were left feeling fobbed off. Never had any issues with it before. Booked into a different garage to have it fixed. I won't be using them again as this seems to much of a coincidence to me.
