First time ordering from direct pizza and it was absolutely delicious, we got the sharing deal and we all really enjoyed the margarita pizza ,the pepperoni pizza , the cheese garlic bread and them hot wings were absolutely delicious. Fast delivery and the guy who took my order was very polite and helpful . Thank you .

Got a takeaway from Direct Pizza co for 10 people and was very pleasantly surprised. Not being a local and from Kent the large chains are so dominant at home we never get to try smaller businesses when it comes to pizzas but the pizza we got from here was absolutely brilliant. Fresh, generous toppings, good quality ingredients, fast service and very good value. I wish this was closer to home as it would become my regular. Highly recommended. Kid-friendliness: Good kid meal choices at very good prices!

I had made an order for delivery and needed to pay when the man arrived. I had only a card with me, as I don't typically have cash on house. The delivery person appeared annoyed at at me for this. Instead of carrying a card machine with him in order to complete payment, he needed to call the restaurant to do this. The man on the other end of the phone was repeating my details back loudly on the other end, and even though I expressed my concern over this (people's details should never be repeated for their safety), they both continued to do so. I was very appalled at their behaviour. Additionally, the pizza was pretty awful far too much cheese on top, it looked extremely sloppy.

1st time ordering from here and I must say how impressed we were. Food was delivered and was hot. Pizza was amazing and very generous portions. Will definitely use them again

Dishonest pricing - beware of meal deal scams when you come to pay! We ordered the "Any Pizza Mega Deal - Any Pizza, Any Size, Any Time" @ £12.99. Stated quite simply as such on the official website and online menu. No mention of any cost options to upgrade, and the advertised statement seems pretty unambiguous - "Any Pizza" for £12.99. When placing the order over the phone, I was asked which base I would like - Deep Pan or Stuffed Crust... so I chose Stuffed Crust. No mention that there was any pricing impact of this, and again the advert is quite simple - Any Pizza for £12.99 When I checked the card machine before paying, I noticed the price had been upped to £15.79. When I asked why, this was apparently due to choosing 'Stuffed Crust', which is not something I requested it was something I was offered, and as part of the "Any Pizza for £12.99" deal. No mention anywhere else, on any menus (in store or online) that the choice of base affects the cost of any pizzas. I paid and left as I didn't want to go home hungry and didn't have it in me to continue to debate with the staff, the plain and obvious false advertising and dishonest mechanisms by which the price have been extracted. Beware.

Best pizza ever!! I always order a margerhita and it always arrives piping hot, covered in cheese and so tasty! Would recommend. This is the best Pizza shop in Norfolk!
