Best service ever and fixed right first time. Recommend highly

I try to shop locally but this is the most difficult place to deal with ! I think the owner should take some lessons on customer service.

Terrible place. Awful customer service. Mower was in for over 3 weeks. No phone call. Went to shop. Eventually some bloke came and said it was done. No explanation for not phoning. Waited ages to get bill. Which was expensive. Avoid this place.

They sharpened our shears so they work like new 👌.

I'm so impressed with lawn boy, we bought a second hand Mountfield a couple of years ago and we've had a couple of issues with it during this time - probably due to its age etc - lawn boy have promptly come out to us to fix it and we've been good to go again. I'm really pleased I bought with Lawn Boy as I have the peace of mind that the support is there if we need it. Well worth it.

My father has always received good service from this family business, however this year it appears to have been completely disorganised. They "lost" his booking for a lawnmower service (though they had it written in another diary), and didn't delivery the mower back when promised. Their attitude to customer service is at best indifferent.

Very good service, fixed my strimmer there and then and I was on my way working in no time, they was very nice to talk to as well

I know reviews are based on personal experience but if mine is anything to go by you should avoid this place like the plague. dropped in 2 mowers and said let me have an idea of repair costs ... if its more than £50 each I said, I will just buy a new one. Some considerable time later after a couple of unanswered phone calls from me I got a bill for one of them for £121 and no mention of the other one. I just rang and a very unhelpful man said he would ask Nick. Presumable the guy I spoke to originally who did NONE of the things I asked of him. Waiting for a call. Seriously guys don't go here .. crazy expensive, terrible service and manners.

Long established local specialised dealer carrying an extensive range of garden power equipment at competitive prices. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Parking in front of the building.
