Amazing service. Took mother in law today to look for new bed. The chap serving was so helpful and cheerful Bed purchased and a happy mother in law as the competitive price was an absolute bargain. She bought a bedside cabinet too and was still under her budget. Highly recommend for price service and friendliness and they deliver and put in situ 😃

YesterdayI tried to buy 2 chairs but the only ones were on the shop floor and obviously had been " used. " All I asked for was a reduction of £4 on each, they eventually agreed BUT said I must collect them. I pointed out that I was only 4 miles away but have never heard a word since. Their website says however says free delivery, SO I have ordered from a company who are helpful, who deliver free and are happy to have the business without causing problems for customers. Your reply does not give an accurate account of what happened regarding the chairs. FACT - I was was quoted £129 each for chairs which had been used for demonstration purposesI offered £125 each which was very fair considering they were not new. You give free delivery within 25 miles but would not deliver them just 4 MILES. My property has been renovated over the past 10 months using many local tradespeople and businesses ALL of them have been very helpful, polite and given good professional service. Finding your business to be very different was extremely disappointing and surprising.

Awesome service. We found a bed and cabinets we liked in a National store, followed up agents for the brand and found Beds of Paradise. Spoke to them and they sourced the range for us as being a small independent business ourselves we like to support others where we can. The National told us it would be an end of January 2012 delivery, Jamie at BoP said he felt they could get it pre Christmas. They did and about 5 days earlier than we ever dreamt of. Rob called to arrange the delivery and the guys that delivered and built it could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Great effort all around, thank you.

I agree it is a lovely shop with very interesting goods, and I have purchased things from them in the past, yes the boys are always chatty and helpfull but I felt as if one of them was a bit too helpfull if that's the word, I ended up buying a mattress that wasn't at all suitable and have had to sell it for a fraction of the price ,. Not so happy this time .

Excellent service, have bought from this store on two occasions; recently bought super king-size bed and mattress. The price was competitive and the mattress is so comfortable. Quick efficient service and free delivery and setup.

I have bought two beds and many items from this shop. The owners have been so lovely and helpful. It's a delight to go into their wonderful shop and peruse the items whilst passing the time of day with staff. Their customer service is exceptional - I have even ordered items from them whist living overseas and they have kindly posted them to relatives in the UK. I no longer live in the area but they are still my first port of call when ordering new beds as they are able to deliver outside the area too. I know that they sell good quality goods at reasonable prices so why shop anywhere else?
