Excellent service, chap couldn't have been more helpful. Ordered a driver's door mirror in and offered to deliver it to the holiday cottage we were staying in, also suggested a garage to fit it for a nominal fee.

The shop’s run by a great team of guys, very friendly & helpful to the max.. Willing to help you out to your car with heavy parts, great service in shop finding items you’re looking for too. I was in the Downham market store this morning. There were 3 staff just chatting behind the counter at least one made eye contact with me so he knew I was waiting but I was ignored until they finished chatting. This is not the only occassion I have been ignored and made to feel unimportant in this store. Not good enough!!

I was in need of an oil filter to fit a certain thread and fitting, and it could have been a needle in a haystack but the guys in the shop on Saturday went above and beyond to find one that would work. They could have been awkward and difficult but they weren't. Very efficient, friendly and got me out of a pickle. Much appreciated. A well stocked shop, a gem!
