My daughter Amelia has been having online lessons with Jane and Gill for almost a year. She was not coping within her school setting and had become extremely disengaged with education. Our first couple of lessons were spent with Amelia hiding under the table for the most part. Amelia has Autism and struggles with new people and new situations. Within a few lessons Jane had managed to win Amelia around with her kind words, patience and willingness to try different techniques to engage Amelia. We added in extra lessons with Gill as things were going so well and just as Jane did, Gill managed to engage Amelia and help her back on her learning journey. I’m so thankful to you both. Amelia is now preparing to go back into a school setting and is feeling confident and even excited to learn. I honestly didn’t think we would ever arrive at this point and I truly believe we wouldn’t have without the help of these two wonderful tutors. Thank you so much for your support and for showing Amelia that learning can be fun. Update - Amelia passed her Maths, English and Science GCSE’s. There was a point we didn’t think she would even sit them. I can’t thank you enough.

My daughter has always lacked confidence in her ability with maths, we found Jane and never looked back. Jane was so calm and supportive she helped build my daughters confidence and taught her different ways of working always with lots of prompts and praise. Since the schools have shut, the lessons with Jane via ZOOM have proven to be an invaluable resource as I struggle to understand his level of maths. Every english lesson i had at West Norfolk Tuition was amazing. The teachers were encouraging and pushed you gently toward your best ability. I missed it so much the long summer weeks i didn't go. The enviroment was so supportive and friendly. I would highly reccomend them. without their guidence and support i don't know if i would have made it to my English GCSE. My daughter went to the West Norfolk Tuition Centre, in the second year of her A levels, to help her with essay writing and exam technique. She has dyslexia and was, as a result, not as confident as she deserved to be. Jane was very helpful from the start, and recommended Gill. Over a short time Gill really helped my daughter; teaching her useful skills and developing her self-confidence. Now, a few months of tuition later, my daughter has an offer from the university course that she wanted and is more than ready to move on to higher learning. Two of my children have attended West Norfolk Tuition to cover subjects they struggled with at school. They immediately felt relaxed there, had no problem in being motivated enough to go back each week and most importantly, the tuition worked without doubt.
