Exceptional from start to finish! A diamond fell out of my ring so I took it to Davis Worlds, the lady in store was extremely kind and helpful, and kept me updated as promised on the repair. I couldn’t believe it when it was repaired, with extra prongs added to prevent fall out too, within 48 hours. I still can’t get over how fast it was and how well of a job was done! The same ring was damaged previously and I took it to a different jeweller for repair, who did less of a job but took them 4 weeks to fix! Would definitely, and have already, recommend to anyone looking for jewellery repair. Also fantastic price for the work done. Overall, exceptional

Excellent workmanship I'm sure but the shop does not keep to its published hours. When you call the number it goes to answer machine or just keeps ringing. For potential customers travelling into Downham Market this can be very inconvenient and annoying. I hope the staff are not ill but even then they could at least arrange for someone to put a notice on the premises surely.

This man works miracles. His care and craftsmanship are simply second to none. I cannot thank Les enough for taking a sentimental but broken necklace and turning it into a one of kind piece that I will wear for the rest of my life. And engraving my child’s heartbeat onto a bracelet I brought in, the final product is beyond expectations. I do not think any other jeweller could’ve provided me the amazing results I got from this man and I’m beyond glad I made the choice to bring my items here.

Doesn’t answer any messages , unable to buy item on website. Waste of time. The reply to this review is totally fabricated. This seller places listings on eBay but tells buyers not to buy there but to see his website. If they have any intelligence quote. His website has no ability to purchase. At no point was he asked for certificates , returns or best prices. He’s lying. He’s been reported to eBay for encouraging activity away from eBay which is against eBay rules.

Fantastic purchase experience, Les was honest and accurate with the description of the watch which was for my daughter on her 21st birthday. We agreed a price and Les sorted the delivery out as agreed and we received the watch the next day. Can 100% fully recommend Les and will be using again. Thank you again and a pleasure to deal with.
